LAI returns to Hong Kong and meets some new friends. They become good friends and usually go out, leaving CHIU himself at home with loneliness. CHIU facing serious stress between his passion and family resulting in a nervous breakdown. He can no longer concentrate in his works. HAY is so worry about this and tries to keep LAI to accompany her father at home. But LAI even don't take one of her words. FAI is badly tricked to bankruptcy and finally finds that it's all done by SZE. He tries to complaint with SZE but is told that it's a complete set up for revenge and FAI leaves in anger. FAI intents to kill SZE before his suicide for he gets no alternatives. Fortunately, LOK arrives in time to rescue SZE and SZE is saved from injury.
